Anybody who was school age way back in 1965-1964 would recognize this wallpaper from The Funny Company. The Boy on the Left is named Jasper and the bird's name is Terry. And the boy in the middle is the President as well as the leader of The Funny Company is Buzzer Bell . That was a educational cartoon that came out way before those so called Educational Watch Dog groups came out. I learned more things off of that cartoon as a child. Jasper was my favorate.
